|
Sana’a British School is a non-profit making organization. A parent-elected Board of Governors sets policy, the faculty and staff carry out policy.
Sana’a British School provides a quality education based on the British National Curriculum, for children of many differing backgrounds and nationalities. The aim of the School is to allow pupils to develop confidently within the core subjects of the curriculum and grow within its foundation subjects.
These are:
CORE SUBJECTS: English, Mathematics, Science.
FOUNDATION SUBJECTS: History, Geography, Information and Design Technology, Art, Music, Physical Education.
Also:-
Arabic (First and Second Language)
French (Modern Foreign Language to KS1, KS2, KS3)
After-school activities include: Art, Computers, Judo, Soccer, French, Needlework, extra Arabic, Hash (children’s group) and Cookery.
Staff are recruited from UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, and other countries.
