|
The Cambridge High School provides the multi-national community of Abu Dhabi a British – style education in accordance with the best teaching practices. More than 50 nationalities are represented on the student body.
Pupils enter the school at 3 years in Kindergarten and follow a curriculum based on the National Curriculum for England. All students take a wide range of IGCSE subjects in Grade XI and AS and A Level courses in Maths, English Literature, Business Studies, Sciences, Computing, French, Arabic, History and Geography.
The school moved in 1995 into a new custom-built campus in Mussafah just off the Abu Dhabi island. Facilities include an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, an astro-turfed playing field, three computer labs, three science labs, two art studios, a music room, a library and a splendid auditorium.
The extra-curricular programmes include Inter-House competitions, academic support classes, interest based clubs and activities and a wide range of sports.
