The Sheffield Private School was founded in September 2004 with the aim of providing high quality schooling for expatriate and local families in Dubai and Sharjah, who want a British style of education for their children.
The school follows the National Curriculum for England. Currently offering education to Year 10, we will continue to expand to Year 13, offering IGCSE and A Level courses.
Our modern purpose build campus has specialist facilities to enhance the teaching and learning. These include a large sports hall, heated swimming pool, Astropitch sports areas, science laboratories, library, computer rooms, music rooms, art studios, drama hall and Sixth Form study area.
The staff are mainly teachers from the UK or are experienced, well qualified practitioners with many years of teaching the National Curriculum for England. Teaching assistants are used in all infant classes.
Our curriculum is enhanced by a wide range of extra-curricula activities covering sporting, musical, academic and artistic themes. These are provided by teachers and quality providers from the community.
We welcome visitors to come and view the school all year round.
