Join Mary Dawe, with over 30 years in education leadership, for an invigorating two day intensive, professionally conducted and research driven leadership programme that will give you the skills to develop yourself into a great leader within the educational setting.
Mary has over 30 years of educational experience, including senior roles in the UK. While there, Mary played a principal role in developing Surrey’s induction portfolio for newly qualified teachers and contributed to both, Surrey’s training programme for NQTs and the programme for overseas trained teachers. She worked with the TTA to develop the Career Entry Profile and was a member of the Strategic Management Group of SWELTEC (South West London Teacher Education Consortium). She is a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel Development.
Mary has designed this programme which aims to prepare participants from all phases for senior leadership roles. You will leave the course having developed your communications skills, your ability to motivate & to be aware of personal leadership styles.
Mary intends to allow for discussions & thus further development surrounding whole school issues. It would be beneficial for new senior leaders & middle leaders in Secondary, Primary and Early Years schools to attend. You may also wish to attend this course if you are in a senior leadership role but have not received any professional training up to this point.
