e-Shots

BSME offers Partners e-shot marketing opportunities to the BSME membership - School and Partner members.. The content contained in an e-shot is the intellectual property of each Partner. 

To facilitate this service, the following is required:

• Final content must be provided in JPEG format
• A subject for the email
• Header for the campaign (optional)
• Signature Information: name, telephone number and email (please see note below re additional URL required in separate JPEG)
• One URL link per JPEG i.e if you have multiple URLs please provide additional Jpegs

BSME will create an eshot and provide ONE proof for design check. Changes may be made to the design work but not the content provided by the Partner in the submitted jpeg. Please check your content BEFORE sending to us. We do not provide a copy or proof service – this is your time in front of the membership so please ensure accuracy and readability.

We will only provide one proof. Any changes made to the design after the first proof will not be submitted to you for further proof.

E-shots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and will be scheduled at the earliest possible opportunity. Your publication date is not guaranteed unless you have provided the above content before the requested deadline given to you. If not, we will release your slot.

We currently do not limit e-shots but we are seeing an increase in demand and therefore reserve the right to refuse a request where a Partner has previously used this service within the term.

BSME communications take precedent and from time to time we may have to cancel scheduled campaigns.

 

BSME Newsletter 

BSME is delighted to welcome member submissions for its termly newsletter! Newsletter articles are selected and finalised 6 weeks prior to the launch. 

Guidelines for submission

• Text in Microsoft Word format (500 words maximum), and all the required URLs should be hyperlinked within

• Headline and short description of the feature

• Supporting images if available

Deadlines

1. Submissions for Term 1 newsletter must be received by the 1st of November.

2. Submissions for Term 2 newsletter must be received by the 1st of April.
