|We have an experienced and well qualified SENCO to fully support the identified needs of our students|
|We are very proud of our improvements; a significant proportion of our students have made good or better attainment and progress across the school. A large percentage of our students achieving an A* or B grade in core subjects at IGCSE is a remarkable achievement. Our Primary IBT results for Science and Mathematics are over and above UAE standards. Our Outcomes for TIMS and PISA exceed national targets, with TIMS outcomes even exceeding the 2019 targets.
At TSPS, we also provide opportunities for students to think beyond the classroom; we challenge them in a number of different environments, developing leadership, communication and team working skills, as well as performing to high standards in sports and extracurricular pursuits. Our curriculum also teaches students about their role as citizens of the global community. Moreover, we prepare the students for the responsibilities in a multicultural School Community and the wider world. We have a number of learning programmes to develop a variety of skills. Our House System offers many opportunities for students to participate in a variety of sporting and non-sporting activities to gain important learning skills, as well as valuable points for their House Teams. We also offer opportunities for students to participate in activities after school and at the weekend. Student Welfare at TSPS is a real strength. Our staff are always available to support any issues that our students may have in their academic progress and attendance. TSPS staff liaise with parents/carers to support our students to focusing on their studies.
The effective partnerships between parents and the TSPS team ensure that we continue to grow on our journey to outstanding.
Our aim in the TSPS is to ensure that we are preparing our learners for their future education and careers beyond school. We work with all of our students to enable them to be fully prepared with knowledge and skills that will enable them to progress successfully to the next stage in their education and lives.
We are a constantly evolving school with a clear focus on holistic education, which aims to develop our students academically and pastorally, to prepare them to be able to make a valuable contribution to society.
