Payments Terms for BSME Student Events Cancellations received 30-44 days prior to event date will result in a 75% refund of the amount paid* Cancellations received 15-29 days prior to departure will result in a 50% refund of the amount paid* Cancellations less than 15 days prior to departure will result in no refund* *If a suitable replacement is found by the host school/ BSME it may be possible to substitute one team/ school for another, however, any additional costs incurred as a result of such changes shall be borne by the Group. |
