Community Hubs

Where there is sufficient interest from your Subject Community and a BSME school willing to host, you can liaise with BSME to plan a Regional Community Collab. These are in-person gatherings for extended collaboration over a full day, or longer, to work together on particular areas of focus. Collabs are hosted and curated by volunteers from the Community (similar to Job-Alike Workshops for those who are familiar with the concept).

Last academic year we supported a half day Sustainability Collab and an assessment moderation collab, Modfest, which enabled members of each community to gather for in-person networking and deeper learning from experts and each other.

This academic year we will be supporting a Performing Arts Collab taking place in Dubai in January 2026 and will be delighted to support any further ideas you may have. BSME typically supports such events with event organisation guidance, marketing and logistical expertise.
