ESP Education

ESP Education is a leading provider of training, consultancy, recruitment and school improvement services for British international schools worldwide. As the Department for Education's sole specialist Appropriate Body for Early Career Teacher (ECT) induction in British Schools Overseas (BSO), ESP supports schools to meet statutory requirements while developing outstanding teachers and leaders. The organisation works with hundreds of British curriculum schools, delivering professional development, leadership training, quality assurance, school improvement support, recruitment solutions and pathways to QTS and iQTS. Through its specialist expertise and international focus, ESP helps schools across the Middle East strengthen educational standards, develop talent and achieve long-term success.
