We're excited to introduce a brand new addition to the BSME Professional Learning calendar: The New & Aspiring Leaders Conference.
This one-day event is designed for established middle leaders looking to move into leadership and early career senior leaders and will offer fresh perspectives on leadership, practical insights into current approaches and best practice, and opportunities to connect with other early and middle leaders from across the region. Attendees will hear directly from established school leaders and gain practical advice to help them open the door to their next opportunity.
Could you contribute to the programme?
BSME is inviting contributions to the programme seeking 40–45 minute workshop proposals centred around leadership, eatablishing and leading school culture, coaching and mentoring, career development, and building strong leadership CVs as well as any other ideas that would be relevant to new and aspiring leaders.
Anyone interested in contributing is invited to complete the proposal form below by Monday, 26th October 2026, although earlier submissions are encouraged.
