Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging are integral to creating a school system where staff and students feel safe, valued, respected, seen and heard. We advocate for a strategic DEIB role on every school leadership team as DEIB are golden threads that weave through every aspect of a school’s policies, processes and practices. Belonging needs to be at the heart of our school culture and our school curriculum. In 2020 #DiverseEd moved from being a grassroots network to Diverse Educators Ltd. We evolved into a training company due to the demands of our community. We are committed to moving the agenda forwards regarding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in our school system. We work with state schools, independent schools and international schools to support them with their DEI strategy and their DEI training needs. We believe that we are stronger and that we can go further together, in collaboration.
